    Hey there, rakshitha pc

It looks as though it is not working due to you not having a subscription to use the service. You can see if you can sign up for an Azure student subscription, which will provide you with 100 USD credit to use on Azure each year.

You can find out more about this subscription here: https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/free/students?msockid=012fee8ffecc600a2c82fb63ff776173

When signing up for the subscription, you must meet the criteria. Alternatively, you can use the pay as you go feature, to pay for services you are using based on what you have used. This is handled through cost management. More on this can be found here: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/cost-management-billing/costs/overview-cost-management

    Hope this information helps,
    Nathan
