Error code 401 when I click on Workflows to create a new one.

I have assigned myself the role of Lifecycle Workflow, signed out and back in but I still don't have access. I'm also a Global Administrator.

It seems that you are encountering a 401 error when trying to create a Lifecycle Workflow, even after assigning yourself the role and signing back in. This error typically indicates an issue with permissions or access rights.

Since you mentioned that you are a Global Administrator, you should generally have access to create workflows. However, it's important to ensure that you have the necessary licenses for Microsoft Entra ID Governance or Microsoft Entra Suite, as these are prerequisites for using lifecycle workflows.

If you have confirmed that you have the correct licenses and are still facing issues, it may be beneficial to check if there are any additional permissions or configurations required for the Lifecycle Workflow role specifically.
