Hello,
I was informed by Microsoft Certification Support that I have two certification profiles associated with my email address: ******@gmail.com.
I don’t know the second account – I only want to keep and use the one linked to that email. Please help me merge the profiles and keep the current account as primary.

Below is a detailed explanation of the problem.
I previously activated a voucher for the SC-200 exam and scheduled to take the exam using my Microsoft account (email: ******@gmail.com). At some point afterward, I deleted my Microsoft Learn profile in order to reset my training progress. I did not realize that this could affect the connection to my certification profile or exam voucher.
After contacting support, I was told that I have two certification accounts associated with the same email address (******@gmail.com). However, I am only aware of using this one email, and I do not know how or when a second profile may have been created. It's possible that the deleted Learn profile created a duplicate entry.
Support also told me that Pearson VUE does not allow candidates to have multiple accounts, and I should contact Microsoft to have the profiles merged.
I kindly request that you:
I want to be sure that I don't lose access to my SC-200 exam or voucher, and that everything is properly associated with my correct account.
