No, free trials cannot be reset. Once a free trial is expired, it cannot be reactivated or reset, and that offer is tied to your profile.

That said, Your options include:

You can upgrade your existing subscription to a Pay-As-You-Go plan. See: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/cost-management-billing/manage/upgrade-azure-subscription
Microsoft Learn also provides a sandbox environment for some modules, letting you practice real Azure tasks at no cost, even after your free trial ends.
Also, if you are a student,
- Check if you’re eligible for the Azure for Students offer (requires a valid school/university email). This gives you a $100 subscription
