Troubleshooting Azure SQL Database Cancellation Stuck at 50%

Hi, one of my SQL Server Database was being scaled, the operation was cancelled but the process is stuck at 50% for more than 6 hours

Can you cancel the operation internally? My database is not working at all

    Initially, you attempted to cancel the operation. Unfortunately, it got stuck at 50%.

    Upon further investigation, we managed to cancel the operation internally, and it was successfully completed.
