Locked out of Business account and 2FA not working

I set up a business account with two users and cannot access either of them. I am being charged for these accounts, but cannot access them. Maybe if they could be deleted and I can open new accounts? 2FA is not working.
The child tag is irrelevant, and no options fitted.

Thornton 0 Reputation points2025-06-10T21:43:14.68+00:00 I have a personal office365 account which is fine, and I stupidly opened a basic business account for use with the Windows App. Somehow after it was setup, I didn’t connect the authentication app to the account. Now I literally have no way to access the account and I prepaid the $72. I’m pretty gdam stupid I know, but I’ve had many MS accounts over the years and never had any issues before. If the account is broken then I need a refund.

2025-06-26T12:22:10.44+00:00 MS fixed the issue on June 25, but due to my complaints to my bank Capital One, which pulled back the $72 because I did not have access to my business account almost 4 weeks, MS canceled my account.
