Hello, whenever we click on a user in the admin portal we get this message, no matter which user we click. Try closing and re-opening this user to view the details. If this user was deleted, look for it inDeleted users. we also have a private tenant with the same results and also a 3rd dev tenant getting the same results

It appears the issue has cleared up. We are now able to access any user details within the admin portal

I was able to get into the user by going into License > click on the Microsoft Power Automate Free License > Select the user > unassign that license. I got a Request failed with status code 503 but when I checked the user, I was able to get in. After that, I was able to go back to Microsoft Power Automate Free License and unassign. I am just going to do this for the users I need to work on in the hope that the issue gets fixed.

The issue now appears in the Health center (Issue ID MO1091307). It was a bad patch which they have rolled back

I've seen some other admin report similar behavior today, it looks like a service side issue with some regions. Check your Service Health Dashboard and if nothing is reported therein, open a support case.

We're having the same issue within our Tenant in Admin Portal. Removing the user's exchange plan license within Entra appears to solve the issue. But once you re-add license, user details disappear again.
