You reported unexpected Azure DevOps charges after believing the organization had been deleted. Upon investigation, it was confirmed that the DevOps organization was not linked to any tenant, which prevented proper deletion and suppressed notifications. Unfortunately, logs or screenshots to support the deletion attempt were not provided, and the technical team was unable to retrieve historical data or confirm deletion from backend tools. DevOps CSS advised that a new support request under the correct tenant would be required to proceed, but this has not been followed through. As a result, the issue remains unresolved, although the root cause has been identified.
