Windows Update - No Speakers

I could be wrong, but this hasn't been an issue before my Windows 11 upgrade. I have a T16 Lenovo ThinkPad, that is connected to an Anker 575 USB C 13-1 Docking Station. After my upgrade, I can no longer see the speakers as an option in System>Sound. Usually, it happens at night when I leave my laptop on, but shut it, putting it to sleep. A few times, if I reboot, they appear and I can use them, but today I have rebooted several times, and they do not show up. I checked the Anker website, and this docking station does not require any drivers to be downloaded, so I can only assume this is due to the recent update to Windows 11, but who knows.
