SharePoint Power Automate

I created a person column in my SharePoint list and I have also set up a Power Automate logic flow to send an email notification to the user tagged in the person column when the person is changed.

My question is

  1. If I delete the column entirely, will that trigger a email notification to the person since the tagged person technically has changed (from themself to no-one)?
  2. If I turn off the send an email notification logic flow, is there any action that would override the off feature and proceed to running the sending an email flow to the users? (ie. Flow is turned off and I updated a person in the person column and test run the flow. Would that over ride the off feature and proceed to sending an email to the users to notify that the person has changed?)

Thanks
