Hi,
My pc does not launch windows anymore (windows 10). None of the startup options (safe mode,...) work. Apparently, to use the restore options I need a password. I'm 100% sure I use the one of my microsoft account, but it says it is wrong. I guess that it is some sort of local password that I do not recall. Is there a way to circumvent this ? I do not want to do a clean install and lose a lot of files.
