created GPO does not applied on the Client machine

Hi,

I have an issue with my created GPO. It does not apply on the Client machine, but if run

"gpresult /h gpreport.html" on the client machine, I see under "Applied GPOs", my created GPO

"localAD-hostbase" with all the clients machines I added on the Security Filtering

Here my steps:

  1. Create a OU named "GPADMIN"
  2. create many security groups under OU "GPADMIN"
  3. the groups are called "SVR1-adm", "SVR2-adm","SVR3-adm","SVR4-adm","SVR5-adm", "SVR6-adm"
  4. I put the specify AD Users on the groups "SVR1-adm", "SVR2-adm","SVR3-adm","SVR4-adm","SVR5-adm", "SVR6-adm", for example (user1 in the "SVR1-adm", user2 in the "SVR2-adm" user3 in the "SVR3-adm") and and so on
  5. I created under "Group Policy Objects" a new GPO called "localAD-hostbase"
  6. on the Security Filtering, I added all Client machines name
  7. on the GPO Management Editor, Computer Management-->Preferences--->Control Panel Settings--->Local User and Groups---> new local Group
  8. Group name: "Administrators (build-in",
  9. on the Members: add--> my domain name%ComputerName%-adm

Why does not applied the GPO on the client machine?
