How can I talk to a real AZURE customer support person? There is no a single contact number available on the website. I have stopped using AZURE for about 5 months after a free trail. I have also got my unexpected billing issue solved. Got refund or cancelled the bills. However, I still keep receiving new bills since that time I thought the billing issue solved. I tried to call back the Customer Service phone numbers last time I contacted. They all are not in use now! I tried to solve the issue but not just walk away and ignoring the bills. However, I do not know what I can do now. It seems Microsoft AZURE is fully dominant by robots.

    Sorry to hear that, for

    In regard to requesting refund/Billing related/Emails, you may open billing support case (no charge) so that you can discuss with support engineer.

    Please carefully follow my instructions below to create billing support request and avoid getting stuck in endless loop. Billing support is free.

    Go to the Portal.

    Search for "Help + Support." Click on "All support requests" to find the recently created ticket, if you have done so.

    Here is an example for your reference. User's image

    If the support request has not been created yet, please follow the steps below to create a new request:

    Go to the Portal and search for "Cost Management + Billing." Click on "New Support request." Describe your issue as "billing," as shown below then click "Next" and choose your subscription. User's image Come all the way down and select "Contact support" and "create a support request".User's image Provide the required details as shown below. User's image After clicking the "Next" button, click on "Return to support request" on the second pageUser's image Fill in the remaining details and create a new request.

    Note: the refund process will begin once the support team contacts you and gathers the necessary details. Apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you.
