I have a Microsoft Office personnel account for 15 years.

I switched to a new mobile phone after losing my old one and lost access to my Microsoft Authenticator app.

I can still log in to Windows and all of my accounts (365/outlook) via Hello Pin, but i can't change my password as i forgot it.

Every time I try to log in to items that don't accept the Hello pin, Microsoft asks for a verification code from the Authenticator app, which I no longer have access to.

I need the app to verify my identity, but I can’t access the app without verifying my identity first.

I'm unable to use account recovery, because i used windows hello pin to log into win and MS accounts and have forgotten the original password.

I urgently need help regaining full access to my account.

Could i turn off 2FA and to reset the Authenticator app

Thanks
