Hi, I'm having problems connecting any devices through bluetooth to my desktop pc, I've tried restarting the service but that does nothing along with going through windows update to check drivers. I'm trying to connect an xbox controller and it used to come up on the device search but doesnt anymore. Can anyone help me out so i dont feel stupid?

    Open Device Manager

Locate Bluetooth and expand it-Do you see anything?

If it is present > Right click > Uninstall > Reboot

Visit the support site of the manufacturer to download and install the compatible Bluetooth driver.

In Start Search type Services.msc and hit Enter button.

Make sure Bluetooth Support Service is enabled and set to Automatic.
