Issue accessing AVD VM via Windows Remote Desktop App but working via browser

Hello
I'm encountering an issue while accessing an Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) VM. When I try to connect using the Windows Remote Desktop client app, it throws an error and fails to connect. However, when I use the AVD Web Client (browser-based access), I’m able to access the same VM without any issue.
Is this a known issue or something specific to my setup? Could it be related to network/firewall, client version mismatch, or some policy configuration? Has anyone else faced a similar problem?

Could you please provide the error details (code displayed) when the connection fails?
Which version of the Remote Desktop client are you using? Is it the latest available version? Have you tried updating or reinstalling the client.

Ensure .NET Framework 4.6.2 or later is installed on the sever for a Windows (MSI) platform. https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/previous-versions/remote-desktop-client/connect-windows-cloud-services?tabs=windows-msrdc-msi
Please check with the newest version of the Microsoft Remote Desktop Client found here and downgrade to older version if the latest not supports. https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/previous-versions/remote-desktop-client/whats-new-windows?tabs=windows-msrdc-msi#supported-client-versions
