I have passed an exam two weeks ago but i can't see certificate in my profile.

Hi,

I have passed AZ-305 exam on May 22, 2025, but i can't see Azure Architect certicicate in my profile. Should i do someting more to get that certificate? Usually it was automatic for certificate to appear after passed exam.

Congrats on your achievement!! Now, if the Azure Solutions Architect Expert certification isn’t showing up in your profile, there are a couple of things to check:

1. Prerequisite Requirement: To earn the full certification, you need to have an active AZ-104 (Azure Administrator Associate) certification. If your AZ-104 has expired, even if you passed AZ-305, the expert certification won’t be awarded until AZ-104 is renewed or retaken.
2. Processing Delays: You’re not alone—others who passed AZ-305 in late May have reported delays in the certificate appearing on their Microsoft Learn profile. In some cases, the exam data was transmitted correctly by Pearson VUE, but the certificate still didn’t show up automatically.

If your AZ-104 is active and it’s been more than 10 business days since your exam, you should contact the Microsoft Learn support team directly. Just be sure to include your exam date and Microsoft Certification ID to help them investigate.
