Cannot Verify Identity for Microsoft Login – Error 399287

Question

This is regarding my 2 sons' accounts: ******@taalim.ma and ******@taalim.ma they are both connected to my phone number.
Now every time they try to connect, when they get to the "Verify your identity" step, it says: "Sorry, we're having trouble verifying your account. Please try again. View details"
This i the error we get:
