Can´t delete disk belonging to unexisting vm

Hi!!!
I got two disks marked as in Reserved state, and apparently attached to a VM (the property Managed By) but the VM doesn´t exists. Therefore I want to delete these disks, however in Azure Portal it says I must unattached de disks first but this is not possible because the VM doesn´t exists. I also tried it using "Remove-AzDisk -ResourceGroupName 'RG' -DiskName 'DiskName' -Force;" it answers succeeded but does´t work, the disk still there...
Any suggestions; I´m affraid I need Microsoft engineers do it or at least change the status of the disks...

This OS disk is managed by ERPServerwhile trying to delete the disk?Please check any lock is applied to a resource group where your disk is existing. If lock is available, try to delete it. https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/cli/azure/resource/lock?view=azure-cli-latest#az-resource-lock

2025-06-17T12:41:43.3933333+00:00 Hi @Anusree Nashetty The thing is that the VM were deleted mistakenly, so I ask Microsoft staff for help to recover it, but they just could recover the disks. I used the disks to create a new VM. Now I want to delete the recovered disks but they appear attached to the original VM, a no existing VM, so I need to change that property or force the delete.
When I try to delete it says, the disks are attached but it´s not possible to unattached using portal or powershell... I want Microsoft assistance to delete but the support system is preventing me to put a ticket because it says there´s no problem with any diskTx
