We are using Azure AD B2C with custom flows and have been using this for a while (> 1 yr) I am trying to set up MFA using conditional access but I cannot tell what tier my Azure AD B2C is running on. Is there a way to see what tier and if Condition access will work. I have access to the conditional access part

    Hello Tom Loder,

Thank you for reaching out to MS Q&A. I am here to assist you in resolving your issues.

Check your current B2C pricing tier.

    1. In the Azure portal, switch to your Azure AD B2C tenant (via the “Directories + subscriptions” menu).
    2. Search for and select Azure AD B2C (the resource, not the directory blade).
    3. On the Overview page, look under Pricing tier—it will display Standard, PremiumP1, or PremiumP2.
    4. To change it, click "Change" and select the tier you need.
    • Premium P1 supports Conditional Access policies based on location, application, and user or group membership, and can be used to require MFA under those conditions.
    • Premium P2 is only necessary if you want to leverage risky sign-in policies (Identity Protection); otherwise, P1 is sufficient for MFA through Conditional Access.
