Upgrading from Windows 10 to 11

I have a 2010 Windows 10 All-In-One Dell computer. I did a Healthcheck and it said that my computer is not compatible with Windows 11. Why is it not compatible and can I fix it? I am not that computer savvy and have little money. Is there a phone number I can call to speak with a real human being?

windows 11 requires that the computer hardware support TCM 2.0 for security. TCM is implemented by the computer BIOS. your computer is too old for TPM 2.0 support. If your computer came with TCM 1.2 support the BIOS may be upgradeable. see the dell website:

while there are hacks to get windows 11 to run on a non TCM computer (google), this is not a supported configuration, so you might as well stick with windows 10.

Most computers running Windows 10 can run Windows 11 in a supported or unsupported fashion.

    .

To quickly view whether the minimum requirements are met for a supported installation you can run one or both:.
