Receive Connector

I am currently using Exchange 2016 and want to upgrade to Exchange 2019. I have introduced new Exchange 2019 servers. Besides the default connectors in Exchange 2016, I have two custom connectors created. One of the connectors has over 200 IP addresses added under Scoping → Remote Network settings.
Is it possible to export the receive connector from the Exchange 2016 server and import it into Exchange 2019? If not, can I create the connector manually? Also, is it possible to export just the IP addresses under the Scoping settings(Remote Network settings)?
