How do I get my Xbox gamebar to work?

My Xbox game bar says, "Signing in" And does not sign in, but instead it crashes. And I have no idea on what to do.

    In Start Search type Services.msc and hit the Enter key. Now locate the following services and right click on each service to make them Running and Automatic:

    Xbox Live Auth Manager

    Xbox Live Game Save

    Xbox Live Networking Service

    Gaming Services

    IP Helper

    Windows Update

    Open PowerShell as Admin and copy-paste the following command:

    Get-AppxPackage Microsoft.XboxGamingOverlay | Remove-AppxPackage

    Now reinstall Game Bar from Microsoft Store.
