    Hello Alex !

Thank you for posting on Microsoft Learn.

Have you checked Azure Service Health, specifically the status of Azure AI services in your region ?

Try also to any previously created compute sessions from the UI and recreate a fresh compute.

You can also review the logs with the Trace ID you have in Azure Monitor.

If you already did all the steps I mentioned and the issue still persists, I recommend that you open a support ticket with Microsoft Azure

    Hi Alex Siparau Adm,

Thank you for contacting Q&A Forum. I would like to provide my findings and proposed solution:

Since the same prompt flows were working earlier and no changes have been made, but now all users are encountering the same error during compute session creation — "Custom application deployment failed after retry with new compute session" — it's likely an issue with the current compute environment.

Please try creating a new compute instance and attach it to your Prompt Flow session. This can help resolve issues due to potential corruption or misconfiguration in the existing compute resource.

Kindly let me know if this work for you and please let me know if you have any further questions.

If I have answered your question, please accept this answer as a token of appreciation and don't forget to give a thumbs up for "Was it helpful"!
