Have you noticed that Bing mobile doesn't allow you to go to recent tabs lately and choose a tab and bring it to the forefront?

The other day like my browsers Bing worked fine. Earlier today I was using or trying to use the Android Bing. I could no longer easily find the recent tabs I hold onto in Bing, Chrome, and Edge on my Android Phone. It was difficult and probably an accident and the entire time before I couldn't access during and after the Bing kept disappearing and going to the background. I'd get it again because it's the only one with this particular tab and it just won't come to the forefront with a tap. I decided to go to history in Bing I found it and from a history strip looking thing couldn't bring it to the forefront. While doing so I checked for updates although I know it had none closed and reopened cleared cache, force stopped nothing worked. Had anyone else noticed this recently? Would there be a fix for this. I don't care hopefully I'll find out. I can live without it and uninstall it however, I'd rather not
