Why am I being charged ₹4,442.75 even after deleting all resources before the Azure free trial ended?

Hello everyone

I had subscribed to Azure's 30-day free trial and was informed that I would not be charged unless I upgraded to a Pay-As-You-Go plan. I ensured that all resources were deleted before the end of the trial period. However, I now see an outstanding charge of ₹4,442.75 on my account and I’m unable to remove my payment method.

I kindly request help in understanding this charge and in removing my payment method from the account. Any guidance or support would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you.

    Hi @Chippagiri Karthik ,

the best option is to open a support request with Azure Support:

    Create an Azure support request

Azure Billing and Subscription support is offered by Microsoft by no cost and it's for free.
