I started a new Virtual Machine (Standard E16as v6 (16 vcpus, 128 GiB memory)), running Ubuntu 24, and cannot connect via CLI or any other means. The error message from CLI is:

    Hello SHEFFERSON RICH,

    Thanks for your question

    Try the following fixes:

    1. Restart the cloud shell
    2. Try browser with incognito mode
    3. Try different browser(chrome/firefox/edge)
    4. Ensure that your account has the appropriate roles: Contributor or higher on the subscription.
    5. Storage Account Contributor on the Resource Group where Cloud Shell is trying to provision its storage.

Also ensure that it is connecting to the correct subscription
