How to cancel and get a refund for a subscription on a lost account

Question

I signed up for a free trial of Minecraft Realms on my Microsoft account and later got hacked before I could cancel the trial, as I never intended on paying. I also never took advantage of the Realms. When it got hacked, the information on the account changed so I had lost access entirely but my card was still there. I tried to recover my account but customer support could only suspend my account. I assumed this had canceled my subscription for me, but I got charged anyway. I then tried to keep my balance too low to charge it and thought it would cancel but Microsoft kept trying until I had enough and then charged me a second time. I tried calling customer support but all the bot did was send me to a link to cancel (which requires access which I lost.) I now am down $17.38 on a subscription which is no longer in my control. I do not want to have to put a hold on my card for this issue and just want my card removed from the account, as I feel scammed.
