Unable to Verify Business for Microsoft for Startups, Blocking Progress and Credits

Hi Microsoft Team,

We are an India-based AI-driven AI Agent startup currently at Level 3 of the Microsoft for Startups programme. Over the past months, we have invested significant effort planning our migration from AWS to Azure to host our production workloads and scale our AI-powered platform. However, automated business verification failures continue to block our progress and access to credits.

Despite providing all required documentation (company registration, GST certificate, director IDs, etc.), automated checks keep rejecting our verification without clear feedback. This prevents us from accessing the credits we urgently need—our Azure credits are expiring on 3 July 2025, creating a critical blocker as we ramp up deployments and deliver new AI features.

Because our platform handles sensitive data and AI-driven recommendations, we require assurance on compliance and content-filtering controls—capabilities tied to successful business verification at the $25K programme level. Without resolution, we cannot safely deploy or configure these features for our users.

We request an urgent internal escalation to someone in the Microsoft for Startups team who can:

Manually review and resolve the business verification step.

Clarify any outstanding requirements or missing information specific to an India-based company.

Unlock progression within the programme so we can access credits and continue our Azure migration without further delay.
