Custom domain on Cloudflare is adding ""

Hi,
trying to add custom domain and everything populating right away even I test in Visual studio to ping the domain. Cloudflare is adding "" and it becomes different than the original txt record provided by Microsoft.
Been 2 days already...
Please help!
