
The Solution:
- Go to the Developer Dashboard: https://developer.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/profile/
- If you see “Deleted” and no option to create a subscription:
- Click Contact us at the bottom of the page
- Send this message: I’m eligible again but still see “deleted subscription” and can’t activate a new E5. Please reset my profile.
Only Microsoft support can manually reset your profile to allow new activation.
