When enrolling a mac device, which is our test device, to intune after wiping from intune and ASM, it got stuck at Waiting for Management Server on Remote Management page. Similar issue as below

https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/questions/1661845/waiting-for-management-server-remote-management-on

But since this is the test device and I enrolled recently and wiped it yesterday - it shouldn't be the os issue(latest as well). What can be done?

UPDATE:

machine is showing on intune, however, machine still stuck. Tried to restart, sent directly to create a local account and cant connect to platform sso then trying to log out -> machine stuck again

Good morning, I am having the same experience with enrolling macs into Microsoft Intune. I had it working 2 days ago, but suddenly it is not working anymore. After 30 minutes or so, it still trying to connect to the servers. I shut down the device, restart it and I can finish the mac setup manually (not what I want it to do). Once I get to the desktop screen, Intune will push out the policies and apps. I have a open case with Microsoft on this matter. I just uploaded the log files of an unsuccessful enrollment for them to see if they can find out what the issue is.
