Error 401 When Accessing Endpoint Security and Conditional Access Insights Reporting

While accessing endpoint security as a global administrator, an error occurs with the details: {"sessionId":"dbceaff474294c63b7f11a1b70fa407f","subscriptionId":"","resourceGroup":"","errorCode":"401","resourceName":"","details":"Error loading your content"}.

Additionally, a similar issue arises when trying to access conditional access > insights reporting, which results in a different code: ENTRA :{"sessionId":"dbceaff474294c63b7f11a1b70fa407f","subscriptionId":"","resourceGroup":"","errorCode":"401","resourceName":"","details":"Error loading your content"}.

What could be the reasons for these errors?

Microsoft keep changing the internal structure of the system. I have tried the above but still the same. I have global admin right but still tells me I don't have access.
