Microsoft Store Developer Store Listing incomplete error

Question

I filled whole basic English US store listing with all needed fields and screenshots etc. there isn't any error shown. But there is always incomplete information, like something is lacking. I tried filling all of the fields, even the optional ones, tried uploading all screenshots, including optional (so all fields and images were uploaded, even optional), then tried to upload only the needed ones without optional, tried uploading xbox ones, and tried without xbox ones (I have only windows package), tried copyright making shorter like 2 words only, tried keywords that were proposed by ai and keywords simple by myself. Tried short description, tried with short name version and without etc. I tried all of the possible options. There is always incomplete info and I can't submit to certification.
