    Hi FrankieT-7762,

Here a few steps you can try:

    Verify Your License Assignment:

    • Go to Microsoft 365 Admin Center.
    • Navigate to Users > Active Users.
    • Select your user profile and confirm that the Microsoft 365 Copilot license is assigned.

    Check Copilot Availability in Edge:

    • Open Edge and go to edge://settings/profiles.
    • Make sure you're signed in with the same account that has the Copilot license.
    • If you're signed in with multiple accounts, try signing out of others to avoid conflicts.

    Clear Cache and Cookies:

    • Sometimes cached data can cause display issues. Try clearing your browser cache and cookies, then restart Edge.

    Update Edge Browser:

    • Ensure you're using the latest version of Microsoft Edge. Go to edge://settings/help to check for updates.

Try Incognito Mode or Another Browser:

    • Open Edge in InPrivate mode or try accessing Copilot from another browser to see if the issue persists.

    Check Admin Settings:

    • If you're part of an organization, your IT admin might have restricted access to Copilot features. Confirm with your admin that Copilot is enabled for your account.
