My laptop will turn on, I can use the Built in Keyboard and Touchpad, but I cannot connect to my wireless mouse and wired keyboard. This problem occurred a couple months ago when I had Kali Linux dual booted, and my wireless mouse worked on Kali Linux. I have concluded that this is a windows problem, but I have no idea how to fix it. My Bluetooth is gone in the Drivers, My mouse and Keyboard don't appear in the Drivers. I don't know how to fix this at all. Probably a Driver or Firmware problem.Draft Edit: I have found the keyboard when I connect, but it pops up in a category called 'USB Device Share'. My keyboard pops up as the same name as the category. Any Idea?

It sounds like you're experiencing issues with your keyboard and mouse not being detected by Windows. Here are a few steps you can try to troubleshoot the problem:

    1. Check Device Manager: Open Device Manager and look for any devices listed under "Universal Serial Bus controllers" or "Human Interface Devices." If you see any devices with a yellow exclamation mark, it may indicate a driver issue.
    2. Update Drivers: If your keyboard and mouse are not appearing correctly, try updating the drivers. You can do this by right-clicking on the device in Device Manager and selecting "Update driver."
    3. Reinstall Drivers: If updating doesn't work, you can uninstall the drivers for the USB devices and then restart your laptop. Windows should automatically reinstall the drivers upon reboot.
    4. Bluetooth Settings: Since you mentioned Bluetooth is missing, ensure that your Bluetooth is enabled in the BIOS settings. Sometimes, Bluetooth can be disabled at the hardware level.
    5. USB Ports: If you are using a wired keyboard, try connecting it to different USB ports on your laptop to rule out a faulty port.
    6. Check for Conflicts: Since you mentioned that the keyboard appears under 'USB Device Share', there may be a conflict with other USB devices. Disconnect any other USB devices and see if that resolves the issue.

If these steps do not resolve the issue, you may need to consider restoring your system to a previous state or checking for any firmware updates for your laptop.
