    Hi Alok Kumar,

After deleting all resources and canceling all subscriptions, most Azure services that including resource-based charges will stop billing you. However, some services like Azure support plans, reservations, or savings plans might have separate auto-renewal settings. If you’ve already canceled all subscriptions and deleted all resources, but aren’t sure if you needed to turn off auto-renewal for something, here’s what you need to know:

    • Support plans and reservations can have auto-renewal enabled separately from your main subscription.
    • If you canceled your subscription through the Azure portal, the cancellation process typically prompts you to turn off auto-renewal for any associated support plans.
    • Once a subscription is canceled and deleted (after a waiting period), it cannot incur further charges. If you see any charges after deletion, it may be due to hidden resources, or an active support plan not tied directly to a resource

Even after deleting resources and subscriptions, log in to the Azure portal and check under “Cost Management + Billing” for any active support plans, reservations, or savings plans that might still be set to auto-renew.

If you find any, follow these steps:

    • Go to the relevant section (Support Plans, Reservations, or Savings Plans).
    • Select the plan or reservation.
    • Look for the option to cancel or turn off auto-renewal.

Sometimes, hidden resources can prevent full deletion. In the Azure portal, go to “Subscriptions,” select your subscription, then “Resources,” and use “Manage view” to show hidden types. Delete any remaining hidden resources.

Note that after canceling your last Azure subscription, it is automatically deleted after 90 days if all conditions are met. No further charges should occur after deletion.

If you have deleted all resources and canceled all subscriptions, you generally don’t need to worry about auto-renewal. However, it’s a good idea to double-check for any active support plans, reservations, or savings plans in the Azure portal and turn off auto-renewal if needed.
