SSO with AWS got disabled after we deleted the expired certificate before renewing with the new certificate

While we were renewing the certificate of SSO for AWS, we deleted the expired certificate before registering with the new certificate. Now it has kicked out us and we do not find a way to register the new certificate. Please guide us a way out to register the new certificate. I have the old certificate PEM file with me.
