Authenticator app stuck in loop

Cannot login to by Microsoft 365 Business Account. The Authenticator stuck in loop. There is no Notification Prompt being sent the Authenticator App.
My Gmail Account works fine. When logging in an app the needs an Authenticator App sends the notification code to my iPhone.
This is a new Windows Pro laptop. My old Laptop failed while using Microsoft 365.
My other laptops, desktop, iPad, and iPhone are working properly. I just can't log into the Microsoft 365 to change anything.
This is so frustrating trying to get help.
