Permissions for Power Platform Pay As You Go Plan

Hi

While trying to seup pay as you go plan for Power platforms as mentinoed here https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-platform/admin/pay-as-you-go-set-up?tabs=new#procure-or-create-an-azure-subscription

we are trying to figuer out what all permission(s)/ roles a power platform admin needs to be able to link subscription for billing ?

Giving Contributor access works however we want to provide ONLY the roles that will enable the power platform admin to link the subscription .

Please advise..

    To link a Power Platform environment to an Azure subscription for Pay-As-You-Go billing, the user must be a Power Platform Admin and have Contributor or Owner access on the Azure subscription or resource group.

    This level is required to register the Microsoft.PowerPlatform provider and deploy billing resources. For more restrictive access, a custom role can be created with only the necessary permissions.
