Lost access to email on phone

I have lost access to my email on my phone today. When I try to reenter my password I get prompted to use Authenticator but I don’t receive the codes or any notifications. When I try to login with my password I’m told I’ve had too many attempts. I just need to be able to start sending and receiving emails on my phone. Can you help please?

    For Personal Account-> If you tried all of these steps and are still having issues, we recommend sending your log files for diagnostics. Open the app, go to the app's top-level menu, and then select Send feedback.

    After that, contact Support or go to the Microsoft Authenticator app forum and explain the problem you're seeing and the steps you tried.

    If it is work account, Open the app, go to the app's top-level menu, and then select Send feedback.

    After that, reach out to your IT admin.Please do not forget to "Accept the answer” and “up-vote” wherever the information provided helps you, this can be beneficial to other community members.
