Request Access: If the US West region is restricted, you may need to request access. To do this:
- Go to the New support request page in the Azure portal.
- Select Service and subscription Limit (quotas) under Issue Type.
- Choose the relevant subscription for which you want to request access.
- Under Quota type, select Other Requests.
- In the description, specify your request for access to the US West region, including details about your deployment model and resource quotas.
- Under Quota type, select Other Requests.
- Choose the relevant subscription for which you want to request access.
- Select Service and subscription Limit (quotas) under Issue Type.
