How to regain access to my microsoft authenticator account

I had uninstalled microsoft authenticator application with backup so I lost access to my Instagram account due to two way authentication I'm not be able to login I'm not much familiar with Microsoft authenticator application. Please help.

You have to contact instagram/facebook support to help reset you account.
