How to fix "Network error when using Patch function: The requested operation is in valid

When I load the power app, it occurred below issue

Then check the code logic :

But in other field , it use such similar logic, it won't have such error.

The ID column is the column in Sharepoint SYSPARAM. Previously , it won't no such error. May i know if Microsoft make some update and cause such error occrred?
