How to merge 2 personal Microsoft learn profile/certificate into one personal account.

How to merge 2 personal Microsoft learn profiles / certificate into one account. I try MS support and AI as well but non of them can solve my issue. I understand that work & school account can merge with personal account. But my situation is 2 personal account with different certificate. how to merge them?

Microsoft Learn does not support direct merging of two personal accounts. However, there is a workaround using a school or work account as a bridge.

Use a School/Work Account as a Bridge:

Log into your school/work account (Profile B).

Add the first personal account (Profile A) under Settings > Account Management > Add account.

Wait for the green confirmation banner indicating successful linking.

Remove Profile A from Profile B.

Transfer to Your Preferred Personal Account:

Log into your preferred personal account (Profile C).

Add Profile B (the school/work account) using the same method.

This will transfer the certifications and learning history from Profile A → Profile B → Profile C.

Optional Cleanup:

You may remove the school/work account from Profile C once the transfer is complete
