I’m currently preparing for my Microsoft certification exam and need access to Entra ID in the Azure portal to perform hands-on exercises.

However, when I try to access it using my IBM email account, I receive the following error:

Could you please grant me the necessary permissions to access Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD)? I only need basic read/admin privileges for learning and practice purposes.

Hi @Rana Mansoor ,

to which Microsoft Entra ID Tenant are you referring to?

You should contact the administrator of the Microsoft Entra ID Tenant you want access/permissions using your IBM account.

If it is your Microsoft Entra ID Tenant login with an account with adminstrator permission and invite your IBM account. After this step is done provide the required permissions/role memberships to this IBM account.
