Allow Microsoft 365 Developer Program sandbox subscription For Learning

Question

Hi,

I’m a software developer building solutions with SharePoint and Teams. I’ve tried multiple times to join the Microsoft 365 Developer Program and set up the E5 sandbox, but I always get the message “You don’t currently qualify.” I meet all criteria and would like to request a manual review or guidance to get access.
