I have purchased Windows 365 and installed the Office suite of products, specifically to use the Dictate function across Word, Outlook etc, but the Business Intelligence option required to activate Dictate is not there - please help!

As far as I know, in the newer version of Microsoft 365 subscription, the option to enable Office Intelligent Services has been removed.

Besides, is the Dictate function missing or gray?

According to the official document “If dictation in Office isn't working”,

    • An Microsoft 365 subscription is required to use this feature. Please verify you're signed in with an active subscription.
    • Only versions of Windows 10 and above support usage of this feature. The feature isn't available if you're running an older version of Windows.

You could try to update your Office to the latest version to check this issue.

If you still fail to use this Dictate function, maybe you could try to Use voice recognition in Windows 10.
