Azure OpenAI returning 500

Hello,

all 4 of our Azure OpenAI resources in Sweden Central are returning 500 error code (at least while attempting to use gpt-4o-mini-transcribe, didn't check the other models) since this morning. We didn't change anything in any configuration.

Is there anything we can do to try to fix this?

I am also having this problem with gpt-4o-transcribe and mini-transcribe for central Sweden. Code was working last time I ran it a couple of days ago.

(gpt-41 completion model working)

Same here !
Broken all day for both models, in both Sweden and East US.
It's broken in the playground as well.
Failed to transcribe audio file: Error: The server had an error processing your request. Sorry about that! You can retry your request, or contact us through an Azure support request at: https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=2213926 if you keep seeing this error.

The issue has now been mitigated. I was able to reproduce the scenario in my environment in the East US region. Could you please try from your end and let me know if you’re observing the same behavior? We recommend trying your request again after some time to ensure everything is functioning as expected.
