Azure MySQL server not starting

Hi all, I am having an issue with an UK South hosted Azure MySql flexible server instance. We do a regular automated shutdown of the server in the evening, the following day we cannot start the instance either manually, via a runbook or through the CLI.
Many settings in the blades for the instance are now greyed out and inaccessible. From what I can tell, this might be an issue on the MS side infrastructure or capacity side of things and out of my hands.
I just wanted to ask if anybody has had a similar issue with MySQL recently that might explain what's happening.
